Description:
Building a product is no rocket science. Yet (first time) founders as well as experienced executives across start-ups, scale-ups and corporates regularly stumble across the same mistakes and issues. Following a few principles increases the chances of running a smooth process, which saves pain, time, and money. This session will give you an overview of what (not) to do if you want to efficiently build a software application.
Target group:
- Founders
- Aspiring founders
- Aspiring (software) project / product managers
- Angels / Start-Up Mentors
About the speaker:
As a non-techie with a pure business background, Kolja founded his first software start-up in 2019, when he painfully got to understand the dos and don’ts of software development. With the right mentors and partners in place, they’ve rebuilt the product and sold the company to the market leader 1.5 years later. Since then, Kolja actively mentors and consults other founders and firms to make better decisions and avoid typical shortcomings regarding (software) product development.
