About the speaker: After her dual industrial insurance studies at "Allianz" and a master's degree in economics, Romy started her career at "Allianz" as an underwriter for liability and provided international liability insurance services to major clients worldwide. Subsequently, she was responsible for the FOND OF Group and a number of other affiliated companies for their industrial- and corporate-insurance and was able to gain experience with both the insurer and the client. These experiences lead to the idea and finally the implementation of the Teal Insurance Broker firm in order to support small and medium sized companies as well as start ups in the transfer of risks. She is one of the Co-Founders of Teal and takes care of strategic topics as well as the customer service. In her spare time, Romy is always on the lookout for the next great adventure while hiking in the mountains or traveling around the world.
