Co-Founder & CTO

Treuwart is not software for property managers – Treuwart IS the property manager. Our own AI engine handles German condominium (WEG) processes end-to-end: intake, classification, process execution, drafting letters, orders and payments – with humans approving every external action.

The market: 9.3m condominium units with 360€ ARR per unit, 70 % of property managers report overload, competitors are mostly analog.

What exists today: a working, fully documented first prototype (20,000+ lines, classifier at 97 % accuracy, live email channel, autonomy levels, append-only audit log), first mandates in Q1/2027.

What we offer: a true co-founder role with double-digit equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) and salary from the pre-seed round – first closing targeted Q1 2027. Based in Munich.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

This is your elevator pitch. Briefly describe your startup's main idea, product, or service. Aim to capture the reader's interest and make them want to learn more.

Treuwart is the AI-native property manager: our engine runs processes end-to-end, humans approve every external action - revolutionizing the status quo. Working prototype, pre-seed in motion.

- Shape the target architecture – push back when you know better - Own architecture and stack of the production system – target: Python, Postgres, EU hosting; the framework is your call - Take over a fully documented prototype (build plans, eval sets, architecture decisions) and evolve it into the production system - Extend the engine: document understanding (invoices, quotes), additional WEG processes, accounting - Scale autonomy data-driven: shadow mode first, then per-decision- type approval based on correction rates - Build compliance in by design: GoBD, GDPR, audit trails - From funding onwards: hire and lead the engineering team

Hard skills: Python backends with Postgres built and operated in production (tests, monitoring, data protection); LLM systems shipped to production – structured outputs, evals, guardrails, not prompt wrappers; thinking in workflows, state machines and audit trails; full-stack enough to ship back office and portal alone (able to read TypeScript). Experience: typically 5+ years of engineering with real system ownership from design to production – seniority matters more than the exact number. Founding or early-stage experience is a plus, not a must. Soft skills: ownership over tickets, comfortable with ambiguity and with challenging architecture decisions. Dont hesitate to reach out to me even if you dont fully match these requirements!
