Das Interreg-Programm Meuse-Rhine startet am 1. August 2026 den vierten Call des STIPP-Projekts („SME Transition Innovation Partners Projects“), um die Zusammenarbeit von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen in der Grenzregion zu stärken. Gefördert werden innovative, marktnahe Projekte (ab TRL 4-6) in den Bereichen industrielle Transformation, Green Transformation und Gesundheit. Für diesen Call steht ein Gesamtbudget von 3.000.000 € an EFRE-Mitteln bereit, wobei erfolgreiche Konsortien eine Förderquote von 50 % bei einer stark vereinfachten Kostenabrechnung erwarten können. Wichtigste Voraussetzung für die Einreichung bis zum 29. Oktober 2026 ist ein Zusammenschluss von mindestens zwei KMU aus zwei verschiedenen Ländern der Region. Da die Antragsphase Zeit benötigt, wird dringend empfohlen, frühzeitig Kontakt zu den regionalen Agenturen wie der AGIT (stipp@agit.de) aufzunehmen, um kostenlose Unterstützung bei der Partner- und Projektsuche zu erhalten.

The Quantum Innovation Lab (Qilab), organised by Universität Wien | University of Vienna, is a free programme that bridges research and real-world application — from identifying your technology's commercial potential to pitching in front of quantum industry experts.

Open to researchers at all career stages — Master's students, PhD candidates, postdocs, and PIs in quantum science — as well as those from related fields like engineering or computer science with a connection to quantum tech.



The programme includes:

🎤 Demo Day: September 25, 2026 | Vienna



Participation is free for researchers from participating institutions — including researchers from the Universität zu Köln through Gateway Exzellenz Start-up Center der Universität zu Köln. Please note that travel expenditures are not covered.

The Founders‘ Roundtable is a monthly gathering organized to bring Aachen’s startup community together in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. Starting at 6 PM, we meet with the startup community of the AC.E, Collective Incubator, digitalHUB Aachen, Enactus Aachen, RWTH Innovation, and Gründungszentrum FH Aachen to connect, exchange ideas, and support aspiring founders. As always, (future) founders will have the chance to pitch their ideas. After each presentation, there will be time for discussion and feedback. If you have a great idea you’d like to share, you’re more than welcome to join! If you’d like to pitch, reach out to Ruslan (ruslan.goryanyy@hubaachen.de) to sign up in advance.
