FaloHire is a Skills Intelligence startup building technology that turns qualification and skills data into structured intelligence for the future of work.

Our platform helps understand what skills qualifications represent, how skills relate to roles, and how skills/qualification fit can be assessed for real-world workforce needs.

We are already validating FaloHire through real-world customer projects and early market traction, and are currently preparing/submitting our EXIST Gründungsstipendium application. The selected co-founder will be included as part of the founding team in our EXIST Gründungsstipendium application and, subject to funding approval and eligibility, will be compensated according to the applicable EXIST funding guidelines.

FaloHire is a Skills Intelligence platform turning qualification and skills data into workforce intelligence.

The role can evolve based on the person's strengths, from technology and product development to business development and customer-facing activities. Occasional interaction with customers and stakeholders will also be part of the role.

There are no hard requirements right now. We're open to someone who brings a strong complementary perspective. In particular, knowledge of: Business / entrepreneurship Computer engineering / software AI German nationals are preferred If none of this is applicable for you , we are still be open for a conversation.
