SoftwareDevLabs is a deep-tech SaaS venture redefining how mission-critical, certification-aware software is developed. We tightly integrate certification-aware process methods in conjunction with deterministic agentic AI automation to streamline requirements engineering, software design, coding, testing, and DevOps for high-impact industries like automotive, defense, railway, medtech, robotics, and aerospace—ensuring compliance, speed, & quality.

We are currently in the pre-seed phase, preparing our application for the federal EXIST Research Transfer (EXIST-Forschungstransfer) program for our upcoming November 2026 submission to accelerate our development and commercialization roadmap.

SoftwareDevLabs is an AI-native software engineering platform that uses agentic workflows to automate software development for certification-aware software and compliance regulatory standards

● Lead Technical Strategy & Architecture: Define and execute the technical vision, system architecture, and product engineering roadmap for the SoftwareDevLabs platform. ● Advance Agentic Workflows: Oversee the hands-on development, optimization, and scaling of our specialized agentic modules, including our requirements engineering (requirementAgent) and architectural design (designAgent) engines. ● Build Cloud-Native Foundations: Architect, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable backend infrastructures using Python, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. ● Codify Safety & Compliance: Integrate strict international compliance frameworks (such as ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ASPICE, and DO-178C) directly into multi-agent validation loops to automate certification-artifact generation. ● Develop Technical Proposals: Collaborate with our academic mentors, co-founders, and RWTH Aachen's transfer network to co-author the technical work plans and milestones for our EXIST Phase I application. ● Recruit & Mentor Elite Talent: Establish engineering best practices, design robust CI/CD pipelines, and scale a world-class technical team of software engineers, AI researchers, and DevOps specialists.1 ● Evangelize the Technology: Represent the company’s technology at key academic conferences, industrial consortiums, and investor pitch sessions.

● Necessary Degree: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical discipline. ● Hard Skills: ○ Proven expertise in Python, TypeScript, Kubernetes, vector databases (e.g., pgvector), and Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) tools. ○ Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, and custom RAG pipeline construction. ○ Good understanding of functional safety and cybersecurity concepts. ○ Practical familiarity with the software development lifecycle and model-based software engineering. ● Soft Skills: Exceptional team leadership, an entrepreneurial drive to build from scratch in a pre-seed environment, and a passion for turning research-driven innovations into market-ready SaaS solutions. ● Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to software engineering for regulated industries (such as automotive, aerospace, defense, or medical devices) is highly preferred. ● Language Requirements: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
