Co-Founder for new job application platform

In the modern days everything is evolving quite fast but somehow a few things appear to never change. One these thinks are job applications platforms. They basically the same as 20 years ago. I'm currently working on an alternative with clear benefits for all: Easier applications without the need to create dedicated documents while at the same time being cheaper for companies which pay a lot of money for each job listing.

Since this is a Co-Founder role I expect you to do or help with basically anything. But since I already bring a heavy tech background to the table I would personally prefer a person with business background

At this point there no clear Requirements. It has to match and I need to know you can help me building everything from ground up.
