Founder — Supply Chain Intelligence for Semi-conductor industry

I am Muskan, a supply chain consultant building a platform that automates export compliance monitoring and multi-tier risk visibility for semiconductor and tech hardware companies.

The problem is one I have seen up close — semiconductor companies manage regulatory compliance manually, have zero visibility beyond their direct suppliers, and find out about violations after the shipment rather than before. No purpose-built software exists that handles this dynamically.

I have a dedicated technical team ready to build. I am looking for a co-founder with experience in semiconductor or hardware supply chain who is energised by commercial relationships and wants to help bring this to market.

We're building AI-powered supply chain risk monitoring and export compliance automation for semiconductor companies — replacing manual processes with real-time intelligence.

Candidate's Responsibilities

1. Own commercial relationships — identify, approach, and develop relationships with procurement and supply chain leaders at semiconductor and hardware companies
2. Lead customer discovery conversations to validate pain points and shape product direction
3. Convert discovery conversations into pilot agreements and first paying customers
4. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the semiconductor supply chain community
5. Build and maintain a network of potential customers, advisors, and partners in the semiconductor ecosystem
6. Work alongside the technical team to translate customer feedback into product requirements
7. Co-own fundraising — support investor conversations with domain credibility and market knowledge

Requirements

1. Hands-on experience in semiconductor, electronics, or hardware supply chain — internship, working student role, or full-time position counts
2. Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, or compliance workflows from the inside
3. Understanding of B2B sales and enterprise customer relationships
4. Comfortable with early stage ambiguity — no playbook, no established process
5. Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with senior industry professionals
6. Commercially driven — energised by customer conversations and closing deals
7. Curious about the regulatory and geopolitical forces reshaping semiconductor supply chains
8. 1–4 years of industry exposure preferred — student roles and internships count if the domain is right
9. No technical background required
10. English fluent — all customer conversations will be in English
