I'm building Primerus, the AI system that builds and runs the entire digital presence for businesses in regulated industries (SMEs).

Here's what makes it work: most marketing tools hand you a dashboard and leave you to figure it out. Primerus is the opposite. Our AI generates, operates, and continuously optimizes everything - brand, website, content, SEO/GEO, social, virtual twins, and customer communication - autonomously.

The owner focuses on their craft; the system grows their brand in the background. We started in the €2B+ DACH aesthetics market, where trust and compliance decide everything.

In 8 months, fully bootstrapped, we've reached €100k ARR with 10+ paying customers. The wedge is proven. IN the long run, we scale across every regulated industry where reputation is the product.

I bring the domain expertise, the go-to-market engine, and real traction. What I'm looking for is a technical co-founder to own the autonomous AI architecture and build this into a category-defining company with me.

Candidate's Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end AI architecture - from system design to deployment
- Build and lead the multi-agent orchestration that powers autonomous content, brand, and communication generation
- Develop the compliance layer that enforces industry-specific rules (HWG, GDPR) at execution time
- Drive the roadmap from today's semi-automated delivery toward a fully autonomous, zero-touch system
- Shape the technical hiring and team as we scale post-raise
- Be a true co-founder: equity, ownership, and a real say in where this company goes

Requirements

- Deep AI engineering experience: LLMs, multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks
- Proven ability to architect and ship production systems end-to-end
- Startup mindset - comfortable building fast, iterating, and owning ambiguity
- Thinks in systems, not just features; excited by hard autonomy problems
- Fluent in English (German is a plus, not required)
- Founder-level commitment and long-term ambition - this is a co-founder role, not a hire
