Mission

Only about 20 percent of startups in Germany are founded by women. Our goal is to promote a diverse startup scene and encourage women in particular, to turn their ideas into successful companies. FEMPRENEURS (Female Entrepreneurs) is not only exclusively for women. Everyone is welcome, because only by working together we can create an equal opportunity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. As an open and inclusive community, we provide a platform where all members can support each other, learn from each other and grow sustainably.
