In 8 months, fully bootstrapped, we've reached €100k ARR with 10+ paying customers. The wedge is proven. IN the long run, we scale across every regulated industry where reputation is the product.

Primerus is the first AI system that builds and runs the entire digital presence for businesses (SMEs) in regulated industries, starting with the €2B+ DACH aesthetics market. Unlike generic marketing tools, our system is built around the legal and compliance guardrails (HWG, GDPR) that these industries require. We already have 10+ paying customers and €100k ARR after 8 months, fully bootstrapped.

Today, Primerus combines AI-driven content generation, brand and website creation, and automated marketing across SEO, social, and customer communication. The long-term architecture is a fully autonomous agentic system: a business owner has one conversation, and the system independently generates, operates, and continuously optimizes their complete digital presence - brand, website, virtual twins, and AI communication agents. The core technical challenge is building reliable multi-agent orchestration with a compliance layer that enforces industry-specific rules at execution time. This is where I'm looking for a co-founder to take the lead.

Bootstrapped to €100k ARR in 8 months. Now preparing for a pre-seed/seed raise at the end of the year.

Now I'm looking for a technical co-founder to own the autonomous AI architecture and build this into a category-defining company.
